How we use Your YONDR™ together.

Version 0.2-draft
Development and testing draft. This version is not approved for public launch and remains subject to legal and governance review.

1. Your account and relationship

Give accurate information and keep your contact details current. Use one account for yourself, keep your password and verification codes private, and tell YONDR promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Choose the relationship that best describes why you are registering. This is a self-declaration only. It does not make you a YONDR employee, member, representative, supplier, partner or authorised signatory, and it does not grant access or authority. YONDR verifies each formal relationship separately.

You must be at least 16 to create a public account. Accounts for employees are provisioned through YONDR's internal process.

2. Permitted use

Use Your YONDR only for your own profile, learning, membership enquiries, events, assessments, professional relationships and other services that your account is authorised to access.

Follow any additional terms for a specific course, assessment, event, purchase or organisation service. Do not access another person's or organisation's records unless YONDR has granted you that authority.

3. Prohibited use

Do not impersonate another person or organisation; provide forged or misleading evidence; share or sell account access; probe, bypass or disrupt security; introduce malware; scrape or harvest data; reverse engineer or overload the service; or use the service unlawfully.

Do not cheat or help another person cheat in an assessment, misuse confidential assessment material, falsely claim a qualification or affiliation, infringe intellectual property, or upload content you have no right to share.

Do not use the service to harass, threaten, discriminate against, stalk, defraud or exploit anyone; to publish another person's private information without permission; or to send spam or unwanted commercial solicitations.

4. Community rules

Treat members, learners, colleagues, partners and YONDR staff with respect. Engage professionally, disagree without abuse, respect cultural and personal differences, and do not tolerate bullying, hate speech, intimidation or sexual harassment.

Respect privacy and confidentiality. Obtain consent before sharing another person's image, contact details, work or story. Protect children and vulnerable people, and report safeguarding concerns or serious misconduct through the channels YONDR provides.

Be honest about your identity, qualifications, interests and conflicts. Do not misrepresent YONDR's views or speak on its behalf unless authorised.

5. Content, moderation and account action

You retain rights in content you create. You allow YONDR to host, reproduce and display content you submit only as needed to operate, secure and improve the services and to provide the features you request. Do not submit sensitive or confidential information unless a service specifically requests it and you are authorised to provide it.

YONDR may review reports and take proportionate action where needed for safety, security, integrity, legal compliance or a material breach. Except where urgent action or law requires otherwise, YONDR will explain the concern, give you a reasonable opportunity to respond, and provide a review route.

6. Privacy, communications and changes

YONDR processes personal information as described in its Privacy Notice. Agreement to these account terms is separate from optional marketing and communications choices.

YONDR may update these terms. Material changes will be presented for renewed acceptance when required. Additional service or organisation agreements apply where clearly identified.

7. Draft status

This version is a development and testing draft for the internal YONDR test site. It is not approved for public launch. The contracting entity, governing law, jurisdiction, liability provisions, dispute route and other mandatory consumer terms remain subject to legal and governance review.
