Know a little more.

Global recognition. Local relevance.

Capability with local context.

Connect a global professional perspective with your roles, operating markets and development priorities. Build the evidence of competence your organisation needs, with local practice and requirements in view.

Your academy

Make development part of how your organisation works.

An internal academy or learning team can become the focal point for structured professional development. A proposed YONDR™ Centre of Excellence would bring qualifications, CPD, ethics, leadership and role-based pathways into your existing approach.

  • Map roles and seniority to relevant learning and assessment.
  • Agree languages, markets, delivery and internal responsibilities.
  • Connect development evidence with each person’s Professional Passport®.
Global teams. Local understanding.

One framework. More ways to learn.

We’re developing a common professional framework with room for local rules, language and market practice. Together we can identify what should be consistent across your organisation and what needs to reflect each market.

  • Agree the countries, business areas and populations in scope.
  • Define manager and learning-team access before sharing information.
  • Discuss group and legal-entity structures, billing and reporting needs.
Workforce insight

See capability beyond course completions.

The employer proposition includes capability reporting, engagement insight, competency mapping and skills-gap analysis. Benchmarking depends on sufficient comparable data and appropriate aggregation. Reporting scope and delivery will be agreed before you commit.

Recognition

Developing your people and recognising your firm are different journeys.

Employer Partnership supports your people strategy. Global Professional Firm recognition is a separate proposed assessment against competence, integrity, humanity, accountability, progress and contribution. Recognition would be earned through evidence; buying learning or partnership services would not determine the outcome.

  • The Global Site design proposes Standard, Merit, Distinction and Excellence outcomes.
  • Recognition scope, assessment requirements and fees must be confirmed separately.
  • Tell us if recognition is part of your interest so we can discuss the appropriate route.

Good to know

Your questions.
Clear answers.

Is this simply corporate membership?

It is a relationship built around organisational capability. We will agree which learning, pathways, services and reporting are relevant to you, with clear scope and responsibilities.

Can we use this across a group?

Tell us about the group, entities and markets. Access, authority, reporting, credit and billing need to be agreed at the appropriate organisational level.

Can we see everyone’s Professional Passport®?

No. Talent discovery depends on the individual choosing to share relevant information. Operational learning reports also require agreed purposes and access permissions.

What will it cost?

Employer Partnership is scoped individually. We will confirm the services, implementation, fees, taxes and any recurring commitments before agreement. No payment is taken in the application.
