YONDR™ Registration Terms Version: registration-1.0 | Effective date: [CONFIRM: effective date] 1. Who operates this service The operator is CIBI Global Limited. Registered details: Company number 17368902; 167–169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom. These terms cover your invitation, registration and use of your account. A separate NDA, agreement or contract applies only when it has been presented to the correct parties and entered into through its own process. 2. Your account Register as yourself, using the email address invited. You must be at least 16. Give accurate information, keep it up to date and do not register for another person. Keep your password, invitation and verification codes private. Tell your YONDR™ contact promptly if you suspect misuse. We may ask you to verify your details before allowing a particular action. 3. Acting for an organisation Tell us whether you are acting personally or representing an organisation. Provide its correct legal details and explain your role. Registration, an email address or a job title alone does not establish authority to bind an organisation. We may need additional evidence and approval before you can sign or act on its behalf. 4. Invitations and agreements An invitation is personal, time-limited and may be withdrawn. Registration does not itself create a partnership, appointment, membership, employment or other commercial commitment. Review any assigned document carefully and raise corrections before signing. A preview, download, account checkbox or confirmation of contact details is not a signature on an NDA or other agreement. Where terms conflict, any properly executed separate agreement governs its own subject matter, subject to mandatory law. 5. Fair and secure use Use only the records and functions made available to you. Do not impersonate someone, give false information, share another person's confidential material without authority, attempt unauthorised access, send spam, scrape private records or disrupt the service. Respect other people and their privacy. 6. Your information The Privacy Notice explains the information we collect, why and how we use it, recipients, storage, retention and your rights. Acknowledging that notice is not blanket consent to personal-data processing. Any optional marketing permission is separate; registration does not add you to a marketing list. 7. Availability, suspension and closure We take reasonable care to operate the service securely, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may restrict access to investigate misuse, protect information, comply with law or resolve an incorrect invitation. Where appropriate we will explain the issue and how to request a review. Contact your inviter if access is urgent. Closing an account does not end obligations under a separate agreement or require deletion of records that must lawfully be retained. 8. Responsibility and legal rights You remain responsible for checking the information and documents you submit. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory protections available to you. These terms do not impose a blanket waiver of your statutory rights. 9. Changes, questions and disputes We will identify material changes to these terms and request renewed acceptance when needed. We retain the version you accepted.
